Doral Volkswagen has the best prices, nicest showroom with a great ambience. It's a pressure free Dealer. Jose was so amazing and very professional. Also, Cristo was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, Cristo made me feel like I mattered , he was very thorough and guided me through every step of the way. I will definitely recommend Doral Volkswagen to my family and friends. I am so happy with my new car and the process was effortless.

​So, I have been dealing with Volkswagen of Doral for about 4 or 5 years now and my number one guy to go to is Chris Castro. I go to Chris because he knows how to deal with my Volkswagen Touareg, which is a discontinued vehicle from 2017. I was very optimistic about bringing my Touareg in for service because the specialists who work on my Touareg were amazing and exceptional. Having a Touareg mechanic in-house is a rarity; between the mechanic and Chris, they made my experience grand. Unfortunately, Chris has departed from the company, and I was wondering if the company can do something about getting him back. He's an amazing worker who believes in MEI: merit, experience, and intelligence. When it comes to servicing his customers, his knowledge and his charisma make it all worthwhile to want to go to Volkswagen of Doral. Please make all efforts to have him back with your team so that Volkswagen of Doral can continue giving the number one customer service to the ones who need it and to the ones who are reluctant of going to Volkswagen of Doral.
