THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING LUXURY VEHICLES FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE LUXURY VEHICLE EXPERIENCE. MY NEW VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN TWICE FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES AND BOTH TIMES I WAS BEING CHARGED AND TOLD THESE ISSUES WERE NOT WARRANTY ISSUES!! AGAIN, I HAVEN'T HAD THE VEHICLE FOR 9 MONTHS!!!!!! FYI- THIS IS MY 3RD RANGE ROVER AND NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES- FIRST PURCHASE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!! THEY WAY YOU ARE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IT'S AS IF YOU ARE A LOW CLASS CITIZEN - VERY INSULTING!!!
Utterly the worst dealership on the planet. Impossible to get timely appointments, no sense of urgency whatsover, expensive service (they wanted $450 for a battery), don't address issues even if they are on your list EVERY time to go in for service (you think they'd want to fix the issue), the turnover in staff is faster than cooking pancakes on Saturday morning. This isn't a one-time mishap - it's having to deal with these people constantly since 2017. Six years is a long enough sentence. I will NEVER buy from these people again. I am not alone. the general consensus with literally everyone I talk to is this dealership doesn't deserve to be in business. I've personally talked at least 3 people out of going there that were interested in LR.
This is not a luxury vehicle experience. One year old Defender with engine overheating. No loaners, no urgent service available, car sat for a week. The service department never answers the phone or updates you on progress (or lack thereof). If you want the hassle of a pretty car with reliability issues, check around for a dealership that is adequately staffed in their service department. It is not in Solon.

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I’ve bought 4 Range Rovers and 2 Jaguar’s (over 600,00 ) and to be treated like gum on their shoe in the service dept. I even contacted the CEO of Ranger Rover on Solon and no one from their office even bothered to talk to me to see what happened with my car and how horrible I was treated in the service dept. Never will I ever purchase anything from them and I’m making sure I tell everyone I know not to show there Mary Ann Thompson
*WARRANTY FRAUD** THEY CHARGED MY WARRANTY FOR TOP OFF FLUIDS AND MORE...MY RANGE ROVER COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON THEY NEVER TOP OFF MY FLUIDS NOR SERVICED MY CAR!!!!! Range Rover Solon is a joke. I took my car up there twice with my service light on and high idling and gears were shifting hard. I was told by Alexa Balala whatever her name is that my car needed a tune up. She also stated that my car hit the 80k miles that required services. Once I spoke with warranty and they approved it. I took my car up to solon just for them to call me a few hours later to tell me my car was ready . 30mins into my drive (I live an hour away) my service light came back on. Which I honestly believe they never checked it to begin with.They never did anything!! I called back up there spoke with alexa she schedule another appointment a month later. I had vallet come pick up my car for them to return it 3hrs later saying my car was completed. When alexa dropped off my car personally she told me idk where you bought your range rover but all range rovers lags and we service your car. They charged my warranty not for a tune up but $350 just to put felt tape under a passenger seat because it was squeaking. My whole point is it doesnt matter where I bought the car from when I still have CERTIFIED PREOWN WARRANTY & EXTENDED WARRANTY. Mechanics at solon are lazy and refuse to do their job but they will search your whole interior and sunglasses hut to see what was left behind. I had dirty greasy finger prints all over my tan leather interior!!! I called them 2days ago and they never returned my calls!!! *THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE SAME NUMBER I BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS...WHICH THEY HAVE YET RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS* AGAIN SOLON IS A JOKE AND THEIR WORKERS ARE SUPER LAZY!!
