The service on my vehicle was completed timely. The service rep (Gerald Zack) was thorough in explaining what service should be considered and what service should be considered at a later date. I purchased my vehicle through a broker rather than at this dealership, because I watched other customers who entered the dealership after me be offered assistance.

My Partner and I worked with Alex this week to get us a new vehicle. Mine finally reached a point of no return and it was time to get it all sorted out. Alex was very professional, not pushy at all (which we loved) and helped us out even when it took a couple days for us to sort out finances. He was sweet, kind, and really listened to our needs and wants. I walked out with a decent used car, and I feel like we are getting the best of our deal. I really appreciated Alex listening and realizing that we didn’t want a super compact car, but one that will work for me for work, and be comfortable for growth. Thank you for all you did Alex and we would gladly work with him 100% again.
