Went through two cars from them 1st was a blue mustang that I had to replace motor less the 3 months of getting in trans went out brought it back the gave me a Honda raise my car payment to 600 a month heater quit working less then 20day of having the car the day 36 it's CV joint busted and had to tow home call them they can pick it up took it to there shop then told me I have to fix it myself I'm starting to think this place don't do ligit inspection on there car just slap the stick and rip people off sorry 8k for a car I should not be having any problems but seem they don't care going up there Monday to talk with them if they don't fix the problem I will be calling every news station and make xxxx sure your business shuts it rip off door sorry but I have every right to be upset I hope someone does to u as u do to your community by ripping the poor off for there hard earned money stay away from us auto off Truman Rd in Independence,mo

I called down and talked to Lee Moschetti about a vehicle for my son. I wasn't looking for any particular car, but we explored some different options that he had available. At the end of the conversation we set up an appointment for me to come down and test drive some of the vehicles we discussed. When I got down there I had to wait a little for Lee to become available, but it wasn't to bad. Once we started looking at cars there where a few that just came in since we talked over the phone. For what they had available, i was happy with the selection. Once we came to the numbers part of the deal, Lee seemed to work with me and helped me get the deal that I wanted. My overall experience with the dealership was good. Lee really made it less painful.

The website requires you to call or submit for an "e-price" online. I tried both and never received prices for the cars that I was interested in. They repeatedly tried to push me into coming to the dealership despite asking for prices FIVE TIMES before I would visit. Something shady about people who won't let you know the price of a car, but want you to come buy one.

I drove up from Johnstown after speaking to Ted on the phone. Their price was thousands below other dealerships that I had looked at for vehicles with the same options and more miles. I honestly asked Ted what was the catch? Was I going to not meet certain incentive criteria and pay a higher price when I got up there? He ensured me that his price was the best I'd find and was the price I would pay. I got to see the invoice of what he paid and knew I was getting a great deal. That convinced me to make the drive up from Johnstown. The staff were all nice people, answered any questions I had once I got there. I took the vehicle on a test drive and it drove just as nice as the brand new one I had taken for a test drive a few days before. I was sold and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I would recommend U.S. Auto Mart to anyone looking for a quality used car!

My husband and I went there with less than perfect credit. We were looking for a minivan as we have five children, but did not have our hopes up. Vince told us that he would get us in a good van and he did!!!! Vince and Jason went above and beyond to help us get into a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that we absolutely love!!! I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a car!!!!
