They overcharged me on my lease residual and I caught it immediately. That was over a month ago and I'm being told it was in my contract. Not what was on the original paperwork or what Hyundai finance themselves told me. Liars and thieves. Never again will I set foot in ANY fred beans dealerships. Mike Strenge lies to customers
After I specifically told the service writer not to touch my cabin and/or engine air filter as I had them at home and was going to change them on my own they violated my privacy and went into my glovebox anyway. This was after they tried to refuse to perform the complimentary oil change that came with the lease. Additionally they tried to upsell me unnecessary and unrecommended services all so they could make a few bucks. The greed of Fred Beans continues to grow exponentially. This was after they had my car on the lift for 90 minutes for a simple oil change and “multi point inspection”.
From start to finish they made purchasing our car a quick and pleasant experience. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
I had a very good buying experience with Daiquan Ashley. I purchased my second Hyundai Elantra for my daughter. He answered all my questions and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to my friends.
Spoke with Kyle over the phone but met with Kim in person. They are kind and welcoming, not pushy. Lots of nice, well kept used vehicles to chose from here. I am definitely going back when I'm done with this vehicle. Loved my experience. Stellar.
Kind, compassionate, respectful and hard working salesperson Tim, helped me through a difficult situation at this time in my life, by not pressuring me into a potentially buyer's remorse situation, and helping me focus on what was really important, in my specific shopping situation. I would highly recommend him. I do not have experience with the other employees there, so can't comment.
