They were great! I made an appointment for a 30,000 service & check engine light. They got it in right away & the service tech sent a video within a few hours showed me what he had done & what he found. Later the service rep called & explained again what they had found. The battery needed to be replaced. I asked him why with a vehicle with only 31K now needs a 3rd battery. He explained that I don’t drive my Tiguan very much & that drains the battery faster than driving more miles. He asked if I wanted to have them replace it & I said yes. He called again around 3pm & said my car was ready. That was awesome. We had just moved to New Mexico from Oregon & it was great to get my car back the same day. In Oregon it was usually a 2 or 3 days to get my car back. They did a really great job & I am very happy! Great experience!

Service rep Justin was very friendly. The service was completed in bout an hour which made waiting for the service not seem so long.
