I have been doing business with this dealership since 2023. The staffs are very professional. The service is quick and efficient.
Hudson Hyundai service Dept is great. Courteous, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my ‘22 Elantra right off the truck, from Julian Salazar in March of’22. Scarlett red. Unfortunately 6 months in horn stopped working. Over the next 3 years it stopped working for a total of 4 times the latest yesterday 3/20. Called service and went in this morning. I’m not mad at Hudson just Hyundai bcz this is a known issue for all models. Not every Hyundai has the defect but enough that Hyumdsi knows about it. Rosa and Jonathan in the service dept are great! They took very good care of me and my car. And Jonathan let me know Hyundsi is now replacing these defective horns with a vertical horn assembly which should stop the rain from getting into the horizontal one. So next and there will be a next time, the horn goes I can have the new assembly installed. For now I hot the old horizontal bcz they didn’t have new in stock. I waited while it was repaired by the mechanics. Yay my horn works again! Thank you. John,, Rosa and mechanics. Job well done.l Regards Kathleen Ferraro
This dealership offers exceptional service. The technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and when they’re done with your service your car drives like new. Diego is top notch and is very competent and kind. They always manage to work with you. Have been going there for years and would not change it for anything. Buenas tardes, desde la primera llamada a la recepcionista para hacer la cita el trato por teléfono es SUPER MAL, y al momento de entregarme el carro fue PEOR, ya que su aptitud y su expresión FACIAL es super desagradable, honestamente no debiera ser esa la primera cara que uno TIENE QUE VER al ir a su establecimiento, ya que con la primera impresión a mi no me gastarÃa invitar a nadie a visitar si concesionario. Además a esto el que me vendió el vehÃculo en el 2024 el Sr Alex mas nunca me atendió el teléfono y el dÃa del servicio hasta voltio la cara para no saludar, creo que es de muy mal gusto que sean un santo para venderte y un diablo para solucionar inquietudes de los que vende, para mi cero 000 estrellas para el vendedor y para la recepcionista. LA SRTA ROSA QUIEN FUE QUIEN ME ATENDIO PARA EL SERVICIO DEBERIA TENER MAS DE 5 ESTRELLAS PORQUE SU ATENCION FUE IMPECABLE, ELLA DEBERIA ENTRENAR A ESTAS DOS PERSONAS COMO DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, gracias y disculpe mi reseña es solo para que mejoren porque es de muy mal gusto este tipo de situaciones.
