Kelly Ford is an exceptional dealership, from the sales person to the finance person. I've bought three vehicles in less than a year. Not what I wanted to do, but had to because the first dealership screwed me. I drove four hours one way to purchase my vehicle. I will drive four hours one way again when I need to buy another vehicle. There was no changing the numbers once you made it to the finance table. They even called the next day to see if I was feeling better, as I was sick the only day I was able to pick up the vehicle.

We called when we saw the used expedition online. We were told to come right down, even though it was an hour before closing. We weren’t sure about having enough room in the back. So Ron allowed us to take it home. We weren’t sure sold and went back the next day and purchased it.
