What Others Say

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

I recently took my Honda pilot to the Honda service department. I would personally like to thank Michael Espey in providing excellent customer service by assisting me in getting my radio working from such a long time, for which I am excited and appreciative. Thank you soo much Mr. Espey for your professionalism and customer service.

I recently purchased a new F-150 Lariat from Jenkins & Wynne Ford. I had previously viewed a specific model 2025 Ford F150 502A, but it was sold to another customer that same morning. The salesperson assured me they had an identical one in a different color. However, I later discovered it lacked key features like the universal garage door opener and wireless charging pad, which are standard on the Lariat trim. It turns out the salesman sold me 2025 Ford F150 Lariat 501A. There are huge differences. I trusted the salesman and wanted to be in and out right away. Additionally, I was unaware that maintenance plans aren’t automatically included—I had to specifically request one. I also had to use my reward points to obtain basic floor mats, which I believe should be standard with a vehicle at this price point. With a MSRP of $78,000 truck, I anticipated a more seamless and customer-focused experience. It’s disheartening to feel like I have to negotiate for features and services that should be standard. I hope the dealership reevaluates its approach to better meet customer expectations.

Horrible communication between departments. Still waiting on items. They can’t seem to ever follow through with what they say is going to happen. Nothing but lies. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Have worked with Jenkins and Wynne for years. Haven't used any other dealership in the 30+ years we have lived here. There was no need to. Always great to work with answered all our questions. When my husband passed my salesman helped me turn our lease in and get me something smaller. They are so great. Recommend them to everyone.

I had a disappointing experience at Jenkins & Wynne. I was assured over the phone that I could complete all paperwork and take my car home in one trip, only to arrive and be told otherwise—wasting 1.5 hours of driving and requiring my husband and me to take additional time off work. The staff was not well-trained, unable to answer basic questions, and responded condescendingly when I asked for clarification. It also took three requests just to get the general manager’s contact information, and even then, they were difficult to reach and showed no concern about the situation. This process was frustrating and unprofessional, and I did not feel taken seriously as a woman. I expected transparency and respect, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
