My salesguy Andrew was stellar and financing got me a good deal. Would highly recommend.

This dealership sold me a truck that was a complete junker. I have spent more money fixing it since my purchase than I initially paid them for it. Problems that any competent mechanic could have caught which tells me that the tech department at Runde is incompetent and the sales people are shady at best. This truck needed a whole new coolant system because the res was full of brown sludge. Then as it turns out my engine was running with ATF fluid in it NOT OIL, which caused the whole thing to seize up, forcing me into new Solenoids, Cam Phasers, Timing chain, heads, both catalytic converters, and more. What's great is I'm not even done fixing this crap heap yet as most of the entire front end (coil springs, struts, joints etc) also needs replacing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT RUNDE PRE-DRIVEN.

Everyone was so nice. It was the best car buying experience. No pressure to buy now to get the best deal. We test drove many cars and Ryan was there and so helpful and straightforward.

Great experience, super honest and got us the a vehicle in our price range. Have and will continue to recommend Runde to friends/family.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute WORST car-buying experience of my life. The customer service is non-existent; the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. Every question I asked was met with sarcasm, as if I was inconveniencing them by wanting to look at and test drive the vehicle I wanted before purchasing it. The salesmen were downright rude and pushy. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, clearly trying to pressure me into buying a car that didn’t meet my needs or budget.The vehicles that they were pushing onto me were all SEVERAL thousand dollars above my budget, ($5-8,000+). It was painfully obvious they were only interested in making a quick buck. The cars themselves were in questionable condition. One vehicle I test drove had the frame almost completely rusted out, and when I pointed it out, they brushed it off as "not a big deal." And it “would get around just fine.” Are you kidding me? They refused to provide mechanical services which were covered by the warranty that I paid for even though I booked an appointment and received confirmation messages. They insisted that I didnt book one, which made me feel like they were hiding something. My suspicious feeling turned out to be correct when I became stranded on the highway, because my car would not drive over 20 MPH. When I came to them about this issue they denied that anything was wrong with my vehicle. To make matters worse, their financing options were a complete scam. They tried to sneak extra fees into the paperwork, hoping I wouldn’t notice, simply because it was my first car and I did not know what to expect. When I called them out on it, they got defensive and rude, acting like I was the problem for questioning their shady tactics. Avoid this dealership at all costs. The entire experience was distasteful, unprofessional, and downright crooked. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—preferably somewhere that values honesty and respects its customers.
