I was helped by Cage Higuchi. He was very helpful and nice. He showed me the two cars I was interested in. I ended up picking a 2020 Ford Fusion. The dashboard had some writing on it but the service department was able to scrub it out! Nice job! I give Cage 5 stars and the Service Department 5 stars too!!

Although I generally find shopping for cars a stressful experience, I was pleasantly surprised with Honolulu Ford. Seth McKinney and team were very helpful and professional. They made the process as easy as possible and followed through on their commitments. It helped that I had done my research and knew what I wanted walking in the door.
