Went in for an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes for a service advisor to finally go wait. After the service was done, I didnt get any feedback on my car whether it was good or was therre anything that’s bad. Service could definitely improve on these issuues. Otherwise the wait time was as expected.
This was a great experience for us today. We brought our 2021 Highlander in for its 120,000 service and it was all accomplished in one day. Our service representative (Andy) was very polite and professional and we thank him for how smooth everything went, Thanks again Toyota of Elk Grove.
