Justin wasn’t my salesman but took over and was great and made things easy. Nai at the finance department made everything easy and simple to understand.
This is my go to Toyota Dealership. No markup on their cars or gimmicks. I’ve bought two cars from them, including a car during the height of COVID, where all other dealerships had a markup of at least $5K on the same vehicle. Their service department has been great at taking care of my Toyota fleet. They listen to my concerns, and address the issue by fixing it, and the last repair bill came in cheaper than the original quote! Friendly staff, I’ve met two of their mechanics, and I felt that they genuinely cared. One even brought me to the service area to look at the color of my used transmission fluid to confirm my decision to change it. Finally the parts department does not gouge you parts. I’ve purchased the same part from other dealerships in the area, and all except for one had markups.
It was on time and the staff greeted me well although I had to wait for about 15 minutes. However, it would be better if I could get the report of my battery test. The advertise stated that test was compliment and free. However, I didn’t see that in invoice. Great service overall . Thanks 😊
