Oh man, where do I begin! Well, I'm a new owner of the most sought after vehicle. The America’s favorite non-pickup truck vehicle for nearly a decade! - The 2026 Toyota Rav 4! Thanks to Toyota Elk Grove Team, most especially to Mr. Alex Castillo. He made us so special the way he handled the whole process. We kinda just randomly walked in their car lot without any initial plans what to buy. So after Alex talked to us, we decided we wanted it! So after almost 2 months of waiting, we go it! Absolutely worth the wait! Of course I did reached out to other Toyota dealerships, and none (well, except Toyota Stockton, yw) came close. (Note to other dealerships, why do you add "dealership fee" and Toyota Elk Grove (and Stockton) don't? Are you guys for real?). Anyway, Alex, brother, thank you, thank you, thank you. I have no problem of their sales force. I like the online sales process. However their services system make no sense. Booked an appointment for brake fluid exchange at 8 am. At the most it is a 2 hours job. But the advisor said the car won't be ready until afternoon and they don't provide a ride anymore. What is the purpose of making an appointment and told them what work is needed. I went to a brake specialist and it was 1.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left the shop. And save half the cost.
