I spoke with Christie on Tuesday and she was very helpful. She set up an appointment with Alex for Friday. We met but the price was too high, so I left. Rico texted me on Saturday and said he was still working on things. Saturday afternoon he sent me a text and said he was able to get me the price I wanted. The whole team did a great job, Rico even cleaned out my old car. I am very happy with the team, everybody was great!

Kyle Wilson was an amazing sells rep. He made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us and was very patient. He really worked on getting us what we wanted and got us a better deal than we were expecting. Recently we had to replace and program an electronic key for our Ford Escape. From the receptionist, to parts department, to the service department and service writer, to the technicians - the customer service was outstanding and remarkable.
