Thank you so much service department. Twice your service department have privided assistance to me. Both times they were kind and informative. The first time, I was traveling from my home in Topeka (in my Prius) to my father’s home in Grinnell. While driving a wind storm came up and made the molding on my roof to fly around. Your service department taped the molding down and gave me great ideas on how to self repair my car. This week your service team again came to my rescue by providing assistance to me while again I was visiting my father. After driving my car to take my father to his doctor’s appointment my car would not start. I tried to find a local mechanic but no one knew how to work on hybrid cars. I called your dealership,, and again your service department provided assistance. After asking several questions, your technician determined that my battery was dead. He talked me through the steps to jump my car, and even helping me find the correct battery. A big thanks goes out to your service personnel.

So we went to Lewis simply because my husband thought it was time for me to upgrade to a pickup. I didn’t want to but Obliged him to at least drive the Toyota Tacoma. Dick from the Dodge house came out to the Toyota lot to see if he could answer any questions. He honestly was not pressuring us but was very informative and allowed me to drive the truck. Much to my surprise it was like I had driven it for a long time. I didn’t fidget with adjusting everything over and over and over on the test drive like you do with most vehicles. Dick and my husband exchanged numbers and a little sales stuff. I don’t really remember why but we went back to test drive it again and see about an appraisal on my car. The second time I drove it when I return to my car I realized it was so easy to drive because it reminded me of my challenger inside. Super comfortable bucket seats and everything within easy reach. Nevertheless we ended up buying the truck without much back-and-forth. I can’t say enough good things about the salesman. He appears to be genuine and people centric. You made the experience actually pleasant.
