What Others Say

Very easy to work with. Convenient access to make appointment. Maintenance day reception is friendly and helpful. Wait time is reasonable and price are like wise. No issues. Just good service.

Had car towed there for thermoostate tried to tell me blown head gaskets rip offs wanted to charge me $4100 dollars for $18 dollar thermoostate! Bad Business!

I wish I could say that I was very impressed with my experience at Flow Subaru. I have worked with a very good sales person at Honda in the past 4 years. This was not at all like that experience. The Subaru service person I encountered first was rather curt and unhelpful. I was given minimal help by Devon, who taught me a bit about how to operate the car. She was late for our appointment; no apology. I was supposed to receive a reward which I have not received. I tried multiple times today to reach a sales representative to discuss some questions I have about my warranty, but I could not reach anyone and no one has called me back. I would say I would recommend this dealership with great reservations. The quality of attention to customers is just not what it used to be.

I went in for an oil & filter change as well as a tire rotation. I was disappointed with both as it took nearly two hours well over the usual time of one hour. The cost I thought was excessive at $115.00. I will have to consider whether I can obtain the same service for less cost and in less time.

I am very happy with my new Crosstrek. Everyone I came in contact with—the salesman, finance officer, encore rep—has been professional and helpful.

Flow and Robert Tucker were friendly, cooperative, gracious, no pressure- worked with us in replacing our 19 year old toyota, so our learning curve was (& still is) quite steep. Always offering to explain (multiple times) new technology. Stayed past-closing to accommodate us.
