The actual visit was fine. I did have problems trying to make the appointment online and hoped to talk with a real person when I called to schedule it but it was automated. Don't like that.
These folks were fantastic at helping us when our starter failed in the middle of a road trip from New York to Maine. We pulled in and they had us back on the road in a few hours. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Volvo dealer.
