My wife and I had an amazing experience at Gulf Coast Toyota. Their entire team is very professional, practical, and no non-sense. We researched and found the exact Highlander we wanted, with just the right features, trim level, color, and interior, without any needless extras we didn't want. I recently had an excellent experience with the service department at Gulf Coast Toyota. The service writer, Marcus, was incredibly easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He made sure to include the repair technician, Rob, in our conversations to prevent any misunderstandings. Rob was knowledgeable and professional, quickly and efficiently diagnosing the problem. The parts department also enhanced the overall service by promptly ordering and supplying the necessary parts, resulting in a fast turnaround time for the repairs. Additionally, the service manager, Jack, went above and beyond to help resolve an unrelated problem I was facing. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly stood out. Very pleasant experience. We had a figure in mind for our trade in and they offered us more than that. They were willing to negotiate on the price of the new car. We were in and out of there in 2 1/2 hours. This was the best car buying experience we've every had. We highly recommended this dealership.

We bought extended warranty to cover windshield cracks after they tell us they can fix it we come and they tell us no . Extremely unprofessional and were very rude to us . Watch out with fake promises that cost you more .
