Poor communication. Did the entire purchase via Toyota corporate but the car was in this location. When we brought it back for service (oil change, tire rotation, fixing windshield wiper nozzle), they didn't give any updates, almost sold my car to someone else, and didn't provide proof of the service. 0/10, do not go here to service your car. Just buy the car and leave them behind!

When you choose not to have their service department perform recommended but not necessary task they slide your car to the back of the line and you sit for hours after they say it will be right out!!! This has happened on multiple occasions!!! I will never bring my toyota back here for service.

BAIT & SWITCH PRACTICES WARNING! Drove 60 miles to test drive a particular truck that was advertised on their website only to find out the salesman, Jose, who I had an appointment with, purchased that particular truck then proceeded to try to show me on another truck. Shame!
