I think the service on the car was fine but the process was very frustrating. I scheduled service (oil change and tire rotation) at 1:00 but service on the car didn’t start until 2:30. I didn’t leave until about 4:00. Although I accept it can be busy, I don’t know what the point is in scheduling service when service starts more than an hour after the appointment time. Makes it seem like drop in service is more convenient if there isn’t clear priority for schedule.

I appreciated the scheduling and rental car plus our car got vacuumed and washed and service rep was communicating regularly
