There was miscommunication with the call center that made my appointment and he went above and beyond to resolve it for me. He had excellent and proactive communication.

Came in for 5000 mile checkup and oil change. Work was done quite quickly. I also asked for a new battery for my key fob and that was taken care of. Serena also helped me hook up my new iPhone to my car as I couldn't figure it out myself. She also showed me the button control for the side mirrors that I didn't know about.
Accommodated a weekend appointment with short notice and provided the services in a timely manner
