The service at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford was awesome! Our salesman, Jordan Roberts, was very courteous and attentive, while not being overbearing. He provided us with car options for my mom that were efficient, safe, and within her budget. He answered all our questions and Introduced us to each team member along the whole purchase process. Buying a vehicle has always been a stressful task, but Jordan & the SP-5SF team made it easy, hassle-free, and fun! Definitely recommend this salesman & dealership! 😊
I want to send a big shout out and thank you to Ed, Thomas, Five Star Ford of Dallas Team, because this was the most fastest and easiest process in obtaining our new custom transit passenger van built. We had tried in 2022 with a local GA dealership but with no luck. However in about 3 months, we were finally able to get custom van built. Ed was so instrumental & knowledgeable in helping us through the whole process. So, if anyone looking to get one built please reach out to Ed!
