Allen was exceptional. Great communication, very knowledgeable, and a very friendly attitude. I had to drive three hours to the dealership, and the truck was exactly as described. No surprises on the price quoted. The purchase was very well organized, and the entire dealership was very impressive. I highly recommend Five Star Ford, and especially Allen in sales.
One of the best \ worst experience buying a car. Found car for daughter pretty fast thought things were going well until the add ons which I declined. Then sales person who has internet sales manager on their car got rude. Almost walked out but he never came back. Was left waiting for others to jump in trying to add more to total with add ons and warranties.
