We were a little disappointed with the pressure to buy extended warranty from the managers. Jonah was great to work with. The warranty we did get didn't do anything for us when we needed a repair within the time frame.
John got us scheduled within a week understanding my son's truck was not recommended for driving. John also was willing to work with me on prices making it possible to do on an older truck. He did a great job!
