Joseph, Max, and Jonathan were all very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the parts discount, complimentary carwash, and the Uber voucher. However, I would have appreciated a 2nd voucher back to the dealership in any future appointments i'll have .
Had a appointment set up for a new windshield. Bought new car with chip so Kia stepped up and took care of windshield.

Customer service is extremely important to me, and Allison exceeded my expectations. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. I really appreciate the exceptional service she provided and highly recommend her. She represents the company so well and her attitude was phenomenal .
