Very disappointed in the service department. When I called to make annual service appointment. I was not aware my car warranty expired. Took my car for an oil change. When I checked in, they never told me there would be a charge for my visit. After my car was complete I was told I owed 400.00. I questioned why I was being charged. I was told they told me when I made my appointment that my warranty expired. They absolutely never said anything because I would have asked how much my service would cost and would NEVER agree to a $400.00 oil change and car wash. Very disappointed that I never got notification from Mercedes of my warranty expired and that I was lied to by service department that they told me ahead of time. Updated Review: Mercedes Manager, Matt Kelleher, immediately called me after receiving my email and my concerns. Matt apologized and we agreed upon a resolution that was satisfactory to my original complaint. I was very impressed that Matt called me on a Sunday within an hour of me sending the email. This is great customer service acknowledging in a timely manner. Thank you Matt!
I had an issue with purchasing a used vehicle. After posting here the general manager contacted me and the issue was satisfactorily resolved. If you are having issues and you are sending emails to Ashley Adams. I think she is a.i. Pick up the phone and call the sales manager.
Appreciated the ease of viewing and making the final purchase of our vehicle. The salesman, Asrin, was very attentive, personable and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive. The general manager went the extra mile to assure our satisfaction with our purchase. Dealership was very accommodating and delivered our vehicle to Santa Maria in the evening. The salesman and my main point of contact ‘Asrin’ was professional, transparent, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, answering every question I had with detailed information on the car and assisting the whole process. The leasing process was straightforward and it was clearly explained to me, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. Denys sent me all documents to be signed electronically. She was prompt, professional and efficient. Overall, my experience of leasing from Oxnard, California MB dealership was outstanding.
