I don't think much of your review process. None of the people I dealt with are listed! I dealt with Kevin Abraham ( finance) and Bryan Villalobos (sales). I don't have a clue who Nicholas Schouten is. I suggest Dealer Rater get their act together! Bryan Villalobos was 5 star. My only complaint was it took over an hour to complete the paperwork.

Very helpful with considering new vehicle, negotiating price, and explaining vehicle features. Only problem was long wait while paperwork was prepared.
