Absolutely the WORST place to deal with had problems with the car since day 1, asked for payoff and it is more than my paperwork says. This car isn't even worth a quarter of the price they charged. They're rude, and crooks. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with! Especially Tina!! We voluntarily returned our car after spending an additional $900 on extra repairs..We had problems with this car from day 2! It was always something and Steve couldn't have cared less! Told us it was not his problem. Tina is a bully! And though weeks have past since we returned that car- Tina still has her nerve to send my wife a facebook messages telling her shes suing us so get ready?? Pitiful.

Customer service sucks, called to ask a few questions before I went to get my truck fixed ( yes I have been to machanic 9 times since august) and Steve cuts me off mid sentence and asks "whats the point of this converstaion???? " ..... They are all nice until you sign contract, then their real colors show!! Just my opinion, but I will NEVER get another vehicle from cars to go! Im a Very unhappy customer!!! Wish there was a way out without losing our money and credit : (

These people are unprofessional business people. Crooks. The cars they sell are the definition of used. Some of them have tires that show threads, bad engine parts, and the truck that we got from them. A jeep liberty. A few days after we picked it up it blew up. Apparently they didnt do a very good inspection to find out a that a $5 bottle of oil treatment, a few quarts of 0 weight oil, and 2 or 3 oil filters and a few hours could have fixed. Or they could have just taken off the oil pan and cleaned it. Both solutions would have saved them an amount i would guess be in the thousands(?). Now im hearing that the people before me are being blamed for it!? I had had smarter, more street smart (because they know what they are doing 99% of the time under a hood), employees at Saving daves. and thats saying a lot....There is a reason most small businesses cant survive longer than a few years. And this is a PRIME example.

ERIC POWELL,DELIVERED MY CAR OVER 2 HOUR DRIVE FROM SPRINGFIELD,OHIO TO MCDERMOTT OHIO,BECAUSE I COULD NOT MAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP.HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS TO ME THOROUGH OUT THE WHOLE DEAL. IAM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CAR AND THE JEFF WYLER DEALERSHIP.

I dont have the best credit but they treated my wife and I like gold card custumers, they worked with us on down payment,I drove away in my sons truck with in 45 min.A year into my contract the trans went out of the truck in Fort wayne they picked it up for me and had it fixed and added the cost to the end of my loan and gave me a loaner car until truck was fixed . I would recomend them to any one having to get a used car or truck . Harry
