Tyler was excellent. You wouldn't tell that he's 20 years old. It seems like he's been selling cars for years and is extremely knowledgeable. he has a bright future ahead of him in the industry.
Welcoming, big clean showroom. People greeted us as we walked in the door. And the finance manager was very good at explaining our options.
Pretty good experience with the purchase. Worked quickly to come up with an agreement during a busy day. Added an extra warranty we didn't want, but took care of it when we noticed it. Forgot to give us the 2nd key but we were able to pick it up when we had time to stop to pick it up.
I bought a Pacifica van from City, Nate was my salesman. He did a great job explaining everything to me. I will be back for service. All people I dealt with were very friendly.
