Purchased an Explorer xx, had a great experience with Lee and Lewis in the sales department. They were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. The financing experience was okay, but I felt they were a little too pushy when trying to sell me an extended warranty. Overall, I’m very happy and especially appreciate the excellent service from Lee and Lewis.

I was very happy they honored their deal price 8 days later. They have a great selection of vehicles. Store is super clean. Salesmen standing in groups watching customers but provided no assistance when needed. Literally had to ask the receptionist to get help. She tried to pair me with the group that watched me, I declined. I got paired with Lewis Bass, thank you! Lewis is the right speed for a salesman and was easy to work with. I did not see or speak to a sales manager. Usually they will congratulate and thank you for the purchase. Finance department wait was a too long. Great job, Lewis
