The service department is top-notch. Chuck Griffith really works hard to place as customers and make sure that they’re taken care of. I have worked with Chuck for over 10 years and he always is working hard to bring satisfaction to his customers. The reason for the four stars is that the sales department is not straightforward and missed a sale from me because of their lack of honesty.
Tona Zarrelli at Germain BMW is the best!!! She always handles my service requirements professionally and promptly.

We struggle to get the dealerships attention but once I was there Corey Hespeler was great to deal with and not only did he get my tire issue solved but he had some upcoming service items addressed as well so I didn’t have to come back a second time to have th done. Much appreciated Corey.
