I use Milford Subaru to service my Forester. They are always professional and the service is done quickly. the new facility is very pleasant and comfortable to wait in and my favorite thing about that is the coffee machine.

We set the limits of what type of vehicle we wanted, and what we could afford, and he respected that. He answered all our questions, and helped us through the sales process. After the purchase, he showed us how the Subaru Outback media screens worked, and gave us information that we didn't know to ask for but needed to know. I highly recommend Amherst Subaru, and our salesman, Mr. Popovich.

I have been using them on and off for years. I have never had a problem, they keep me informed, answer all my questions, give me a pleasant place to wait & are upfront with their pricing. Their new facility is top notch. The other was too cramped. I think that their best feature, from a decision-making point of view, is the pictures they have of the actual parts of the car & the explanation of exactly what is going on & how and approximately when it will become a problem.
