If this is a rating for service department only, then I give it 5 stars. The service team is exceptional and goes out of their way to resolve any issue. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, AVOID this dealership. The sales team, from management down, is horrible and will take every opportunity to take advantage of a customer.
Good Everything was good, very fast and easy, recommend 100% especially to Nestor Cruz he did an amazing job.
Very professional and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I don't get in very often.
There have been some up-and-down issues Issues like requesting work that already has been done by another Ford dealership
