Mitchell took over the negotiations from Driveway.com and got the deal done. David put the final touches on the deal. I flew in to Tampa Florida from Las Vegas and drove the truck over 3000 miles back to Las Vegas, one xxxx of a test drive.
All staff are very good but Zaire is very professional and friendly. We felt listened and respected.
Although I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from Elder Ford, I want to recognize Rei in Sales. I had been searching for an F-150 for several weeks and kept missing out because trucks were selling quickly. Rei stood out for his professionalism and dedication. Even on his own time, he took the initiative to answer my questions and guide me through options, which made the process much easier. While I purchased my vehicle elsewhere this time, his attention to customers left a positive impression. I would definitely reach out to him for a future purchase at Elder Ford.
