What a pleasant experience buying from Elder Ford and working with Jayson Sierra, my Salesman. I live 3 hours from Tampa, so I started the process online. Jayson replied promptly via text to any questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership, he made the process as painless as possible. There was a delay due to the truck needing an update that popped up during the test drive, so Jayson bought me lunch while they updated and detailed the truck. He even set up my phone to sync with the truck and made sure everything was working properly before I left. Some people dread going through the car buying gauntlet, but Jayson and Elder Ford made this an easy and wonderful experience for me.
