Justin and Zaire were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very nice, explained things and treated me like family. The facility itself was clean, manager Kyle was super nice and they all greeted with smiles. Very professional. Elder Ford has now gotten my business for any new purchases and I will definately recommend them to others! It was hassle free, smooth going and was all in all quick proces and easy. Thank you to Zaire and Justin for being so kind, smiling, laughing and making the whole process of buying a vehicle a pleasure. You two really deserve an award!

Cheyenne saved the day, she took the time to understand me and get in order what needed to be done. If she was the salesperson at the dealership, she would be the go to person for car buying. Usually good people here. Last couple of years they seem to have issues with appointments. With me, never on time and several hours later they finally pull my vehicle in for an oil change. I don't want to but I'll have to start going to the quick places if it doesn't get better. My time is valuable also. I will never use you for service. Had a big issue in the past.
