The repair was too expensive. At least 20% higher than industry average. When completed, a part of the original assembly was broken and reused

I wish there was a way to save the coupons mailed to me on my profile. Also, I have a high mileage vehicle. I wanted to discuss the oil option with the service manager but he was like we got it we got it. So I have no idea what oil was used. I should get a say, shouldn't I? I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the oil change was.
