What Others Say

5 Stars across the board. Alan Benefield made my car buying experience as swift and painless as possible. Told him what I was looking for and he nailed it.

FINALLY, A CAR DEALERSHIP THAT FEELS LIKE FAMILY When you realize the pronunciation of Hiley (Highly), you’ll understand this car dealership is named after its highly excellent customer service. Like Michael Ponter, the General Manager, who is all over the place but will always find time for you. Like Eric, the Internet expert who, fittingly, will keep in touch via electronic communication. Or like Reba, the charming and efficient receptionist who will help you with anything you need, even if you only need a warm smile. All this making Hiley not just a great place to buy a car, but a great place to visit. How many times have you said that about a car dealership?

I've been tracking for two years the best cars per Edmunds, Car & Driver etc; from the safest, to most economical, handling & reliability. I've been test driving autos and then I needed to drive a Mazda to continue my education. My sales person was Matt and he was very thorough in providing me the details about the auto and it matched exactly what I had read. We went for a test drive, and he answered all of my questions and pointed out various amenities. I loved the car. We came back and I test drove a VW SUV that was on the same comparable lists. No contest. I came back to the Mazda CX-30. No pressure and no 'manager' gimmicks on price or warranties. Greg assisted in the finance and warranties and proved to me that this dealership really watched out for me and what I needed. Thank you Hiley Mazda. I haven't had a newer car in a very long time and I'm very happy and look forward to working with you as long as I have this beautiful car.

Jared Barker was very helpful and polite, five stars. Other staff (Ken Allen) were not so helpful and we had a somewhat heated and confrontational exchange with them. We were satisfied with the outcome of that issue (Homelink missing from the car, listed in the car's ad). We also heard profanity being used during conversations between staff. With a very open work environment, some customers don't appreciate hearing that. Overall, this would be a four out of five rating, and as returning customers we expected better service.

Austin was very professional & friendly. He answered all my questions & was extremely helpful while my car was being serviced.

Very disappointed. Car was towed in on Saturday and appointment on Monday morning. They did nothing on Monday even until Tuesday. And telling me that the technician already started the inspection but could NOT find out the issue on Tuesday. The worst thing was they lied and said they already started on inspection but didn’t find out the issue. Finally, on Wednesday at noon, I got the report; and the guy told me that the inspector found out the issue today (Wed). At the end, the report said the car couldn’t start because of the dead battery. I still can’t believe it takes 3 days for such a “professional” dealership to find it out. So ridiculous! If you can’t make it, just tell the truth. I trusted them, so I chose them. From now on, the answer will be negative and never ever. Also, they didn’t lock the car doors that made me feel uncomfortable.
