He made sure I had all the details I needed before making the 45-minute drive. Even though I arrived at closing time, Angel and team treated me with warmth and respect. We wrapped up final pricing in person. I then met with Tristan in finance, who took time to get to know me before diving into paperwork, which really stood out. We finished up around 9:30 PM. I had a great experience buying here. I had reached out about a truck they had just posted that didn't have many photos/details. Their salesman, Chris, let me know the truck hadn't finished the reconditioning process but offered to text me any photos/details I wanted. I wasn't local so I had to trust Chris and he was incredibly supportive. I wanted to pick the truck up before I left for some travel and Chris helped make sure it made its way through the service work onetime. The finance manager I worked with, Julio, was also really nice and the paperwork was done in less than 30-minutes. Even the dealership itself is a step above the others I went to. I honestly have nothing but good things to say. They will be my dealer of choice from here on out.

Over the years we have purchased many vehicles from Dealerships. Most of not all were long, uncomfortable, and sometimes just an absolutely terrible experience. In this case however, our experience with Ken Grody Ford was absolutely different. Not only was it smooth, efficient, and quick. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and listened to us. We get it… the Dealership have a business to run. And while we compromised on some of our ‘deal breakers’, in the end we feel very satisfied. While we say everyone at Ken Grody was great, we want to call out our Sales Consultant, Brock Pizza and Finance Manager, Rafael Ballesesteros who are absolute ROCK STARS! Again, the Dealership is in the business to make money, but none the less, these two made the entire buying experience worthwhile.
