Despite repeated attempts to reach someone about a financing issue, not a single call was answered or returned. We were left with no choice but to contact the finance company directly to resolve the matter ourselves. Disappointing post-sale support from a dealership we initially trusted. If you value communication after the sale, beware.

Terrible experience with the sales staff on a used car that I purchased out of state. Once I sent them the check, they essentially stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails. Even the general manager didn’t respond to my messages. I caution all serious buyers to stay away from this dealership.
