We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

Dealt with her twice, two big zeroes. She seems to have a script/process and does not listen to person on the other side of the desk. Not just me, my wife agreed completely. Also she did seem to have familiarity with the product lines or current stock. Uftring lost the sale to another dealership.

Bryce Bourazak and the staff were very helpful in getting us into the Subaru we chose quickly and at the price we wanted. After having bad experiences at two other dealerships, this experience was great! Highly recommend!

Went to the Subaru for a Forester only looking the first day. Our sales person Sarah Patrick spoke to us took time to show us a few Subaru's. After a few views we got some info and left . Contacted Sarah and said we're interested in the Forester and wanted to come in Wednesday she was off and offered a different salesman and we declined and made it Monday night surprise stop. During the sale we were never pushed or offered a different vehicle or stuff we didn't want Sarah did a remarkable job and we ended up with the vehicle we wanted and color . All in all I have never been to a dealership and left satisfied and worried I did the right thing this time there was no hard feelings or worries and would like to say thank you Sarah your the best and we will definitely look for you if we come back. We went in to look at a truck and Red helped us. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I am so happy, and Red was great he is the kind of salesman that wants repeat clients and he works to make you want to come back. It was a very great experience.

Rob Applegate was informative and obliging. Got us the best deal he could. I will go there again. I purchased.a Crosstrek and I am totally satisfied with the purchase
