I had to change all of my driving preferences back to how they were. There was something in the write up about 2 pins missing. I don't know where they're missing from. The vehicle has a bumper to bumper warranty. I'm not sure why they were not replaced.
I dealt with Jessica in service she was great to work with. Extended warranty i bought with my Edge has alot of loopholes !!! ??
They always check out my car and are honest with what they find. The only place I have serviced my car the past 12 years.
I always have a positive experience when I come to the dealership. I even touch base with Mr. Cairo. If it works out, when my wife is looking for a new car, I will definitely let Tristan know.
