Seth handles everything. And when the machine stopped working, he immediately offered a car and made it painless for me.
Our experience with the body shop at Uptown was great. They informed us what the process was going to be and gave us timely updates as needed. Everyone was very friendly and conscientious.
The service was great and the people were very friendly . The prices were very good and I will use Uptown as Lola’s I own my Lincoln.
An independent service station said it would be a much more involved repair. Hope diagnosed it correctly, resulting in a less intrusive repair, saving thousands of dollars!
Easy to make appointment. Shuttle to and from work was easy. Vehicle returned clean. Service requested was completed in a timely manner
