Everything was excellent. From Scott to Matt everything was professional. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

The service did not check out the whole car. Lease renewals are sent often and we own the car, No one at the dealership knows why

Greg was very professional and accommodating . He explained in detail what was going on with the car andis attempting to diagnose our problem.

Service department staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the problem well. Provided next steps and instructions. Unfortunately, they no longer have the rental or loaner service so I missed a day of work. Please bring back the loaner service. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Repair work so far is great. Per the instructions, I have to drive 100 miles to make sure that no other issues occur. Thanks Joe and team!
