Conveniently located, friendly staff, and understanding people with patience and compassion. I felt more like a guest than a customer which to me is very important. I had to get a new car this year, although financially it would have been easier for me next year. Paul Goodin took his time to show me options and gave me time to think through numbers. Tim McCarthy, the truest definition of customer service, was so helpful and welcoming, explained everything, educated me on what’s necessary and gave me a full understanding about the service of my vehicle.
