Tim is a great advisor. He is thorough in his explanations of what the mechanics are communicating to him. Conveniently located, friendly staff, and understanding people with patience and compassion. I felt more like a guest than a customer which to me is very important. I had to get a new car this year, although financially it would have been easier for me next year. Paul Goodin took his time to show me options and gave me time to think through numbers. I went back two weeks later, feeling better because I wasn't rushed or pushed into any situation. Kati Patterson was EXCEPTIONAL through the final process. She was clear and professional, explained everything in an understandable way, and again, not pushy, but patient and resourceful.
