So check this out: I went buy there yesterday Saturday) the 18th of August, to be greeted with their amazing staff. Greg was just the guy I needed to see. I asked him to show me truck options, mainly lifted. So he takes me to his lifted truck section where I almost fainted when I arrived there b'cause they have what other dealerships do not have. I felt like I was a little kid at a candy store looking at all these awesome variety of lifted trucks. I picked out a couple that I wanted to test drive, he immediately grabbed the keys, then we are on our way for an extended test drive. Both vehicles drove like a dream. Picked out the one I wanted to take home. We go to the business office where I was greeted with Mrs. Barbara, whom treated me family. Had my deal approved with the bank in minutes, at a very low interest rate and many term options. Over all, my payment was under what I was expecting it to be. I am extremely happy with lifted truck choice. I would very much refer my friends and family to Loan Star Motors. Quite frankly, I have never been treated like this before at any car or truck dealership. These guys here care who their customers are, they treat them integrity and respect. This is the dealership you need to see when considering a pre-owned or like new vehicles.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This dealership took a 3,000.00 down payment from me, and exchange I was sold a lemon. Mechanical problems within two days of purchase. Within the first 3 weeks the truck went completely down. Now I can't even drive it. They said that they would help me by putting me in another vehicle, that was a lie. Went back and spent two hours of my life that I'll never get back, only to be told that they can do nothing for me. Now, they want me to pay a wrecker service to tow it to thier so called mechanic shop to repair the heap. I would advise anybody that is looking for a decent vehicle with a warranty to not step foot on this dealerships property. I also think all these so called 5 star ratings are all propaganda, and fake, made up by associates of the dealers. There is no way a business can conduct itself the way it did with me and get 5 star ratings without help.

These guys helped every way and were able to find me the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed!!! A lot of great inventory!

I would highly recommend doing business with Lonestar Motors. Brandon Raney was very helpful and courteous when helping us find the perfect vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and caring.
