Stephanie Woods was fantastic with me. She was kind as well as knowledgeable. Stephanie continues to reach out making sure that I am happy with me purchase. She took very good care of me at Hamblock Ford. It was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I have been buying cars since the 80s. I will admit my salesman was not bad. Although his knowledge of the vehicle we were purchasing was quite informative he did lack some knowledge about the truck. Things got really bad once the finance guy Shawn got involved. We came in with our own financing with USAA. This guy proclaimed he could “Smoke!” The rate we were getting. We declined his offer to run our credit with his banks. Once he realized he could not talk us into letting him butcher our credit then, he, in my opinion got very rude. They needed to make up that extra 2% Shawn thought he could get out of us some how. So he came with an offer for an extended warranty that was way over priced. Then once the deal was done this guy Shawn didn’t want us to tale possession of the truck until the dealership received their funds from USAA. All in all a very very bad experience. I will not be buying another vehicle from them. I will not refer or recommend anyone waste their time dealing with these people. Negative two stars would be my rating.
I honestly cannot recommend Hamblock Ford based on my experience. I purchased a 2022 Ford F-150 from them in December that was advertised and sold as a Ford Certified vehicle. Within the first week of ownership, the truck was already back in the shop for issues that absolutely should have been caught during the certification inspection process. For a vehicle marketed as “top-tier certified,” this was extremely disappointing. In addition, I paid extra to have the dealership apply an undercoating treatment to the frame. When I picked the truck up, I immediately noticed that areas had been missed, and it was obvious the surface had not been properly prepared because rust was still visible underneath in spots. To their credit, they agreed the initial application was not up to their own standards and re-sprayed the truck. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. Just two months later, I have now had to bring the truck back for a third time because chunks of the repaired undercoating have already fallen off, and additional sections inside the wheel well from the original application are peeling away as well. I have since reported the situation to Ford Corporate because while the dealership continues to say they are “trying to make it right,” the reality is that multiple return visits for the same issues point to poor workmanship, poor preparation, and inconsistent service quality. Take this review however you choose, but I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Hamblock Ford — especially anyone considering add-on services like undercoating — to think twice. In my experience, they have repeatedly failed to get things done correctly the first time.
It couldn't have been an easier than to work with Spencer and his team! It was a much better experience than working with (unnamed) close-by other dealership whom we have done business in the past. Thanks for making it so smooth!
We were at Hamblock Ford helping our granddaughter purchase her first car. Just by the luck of the draw we got Spencer Nemuth for a sales person. IT WAS OUR LUCKY DAY! This young man was very personable, knowledgeable, patient and most of all helpful. I will be disappointed if I go back to purchase another vehicle and he's not there Thank You; Harold Bandemer
We have gotten 3 vehicles via Hamblock Ford, and could not be happier with the staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the service department and everyone in between is amazing! Our next vehicle(s) will be from Hamblock!!
