Dealing with Woody at this dealership was so smooth. Woody is not a pushy salesman, he let us look over and drive the vehicle on our own without standing right on top of us. When it came to dealing with the final negotiation of the price made us feel very comfortable When I buy another vehicle I will have to consider going back to see Woody at Delong Ford even though I live 35 miles away.

And Woody outshines all with his ability to go the extra miles to make sure the customers are more than happy. I call or stop to see Woody for my needs. I trust him to the point that I've bought a couple cars without even test driving - I've only checked to see if my golf clubs fit correctly, If they do, I tell Woody to get paperwork ready & I'll be back with a check. This was by far the best experience in buying a vehicle that I have had in 40+ years. No pressure staff. Well worth the 4 hour round trip to pick it up and was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

My family has done business with Delongs since they started for generations I'm not sure how many but at least three and every time I'm going in there they've been polite they get the job done and they help you out whenever they can.
